EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS

More than 1000 participants have already announced their contribution to the WOCMES Barcelona 2010 program. Taking into account the large number of participation request, the Organization Committee has decided to extend the proposal submission deadline until March 1st 2010. This extension will offer the opportunity to receive further proposals; nonetheless, priority shall be given to early submission.

The presentation of WOCMES Barcelona 2010 in the annual meeting of America’s Middle Eastern Studies Association (MESA), held in Boston, generated a great deal of interest amongst the numerous participants. Many associations and experts have expressed their intention of coming to Barcelona in July 2010 to participate actively in the WOCMES academic program.
