· NOT_DEFINED description: My poster consists, first on a elaboration of a conceptual database of the actual situation of debt in the South Mediterranean countries in relation with European countries in different levels. Bilateral with states and bilateral with the EU. Secondly, I will relay on an analysis of all the commercial and economic policies that go against cooperation (anticooperation policies) between European countries and south Mediterranean countries (also with an EU level). To conclude I will respond to my hypothesis: anticooperation policies of northern countries and the actual situation of debt are a big limitation to democratic and social development in south Mediterranean countries.
