Dates and Fees


Participation in the WOCMES is open to anybody who has completed the Congress registration form and paid the respective registration fee.

* Students must provide documentation in English or in French certifying their student affiliation with an institution of higher learning at the time of registration.

**Participants eligible for fee reductions must first apply to the congress Financial Assistance Program (FAP) set up to deal with special cases of hardship (participants who do not have sufficient resources to cover the cost or part of the costs of taking part in the congress.)
This program will offer fees reduction or grants to cover costs of the congress either in full or in part to participants. Please check the FAP application form.

Registration fee for participants and students includes:


  • Participation to all public sessions/events

  • Access to the onsite venue cultural activities (exhibitions, film festival, book fair)

  • Access to the Opening Ceremony

  • Set of congress documentation


Fees do not include:


  • Airport transfers

  • Local transportation to the Congress venue

  • Meals

  • Accommodation

  • Pre- and Post-Congress tours

  • Cultural and Touristical events

  • Insurance


Cancellations


Refund of registration fees, except 30,00€ of administration cost will be granted to delegates unable to attend if a provided written notice is received by the WOCMES 2010 registration secretariat wocmes2010@mondial-congress.com by February 1st 2010. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after this date. Only persons who have a paper or panel rejected are entitled to a refund of registration fees upon request, provided that the request is made by February 1st 2010 Substitutions (i.e., by a colleague) however can be made at any time within a same category of registration fees (regular or student). Please advise substitutions in writing (via e-mail, fax or mail) so that we can have the correct badge at the registration desk.

Invitation Letter for visa purpose


Participants requiring an invitation letter to accompany a visa application in order to attend the congress are invited to contact the WOCMES secretariat referring to their ID registration number.
