Sending your academic contributions is now easier!

The process of calling for proposals has been simplified. Proposal submission forms for panels, roundtables and papers can be sent prior to congress registration. The settlement of the registration fees can be done later.[+]
We remind you, however, that to enjoy preferential rates, participants should register as early as possible. [+]

Preliminary panels

Preliminary panels are the opportunity to open a call for papers on a specific theme. Organizers are invited to send a description of their preliminary panel and their email address to be published on the WOCMES website. Thus, anyone presenting a paper who is interested in taking part in the activity should get in touch with the panel organizer. [+]

Organize a meeting in conjunction with WOCMES

A large number of institutions, organizations or associations have already expressed their interest in scheduling an event in the framework of WOCMES Barcelona 2010 (annual meeting, conference, seminar or reception…). [+]

WOCMES Barcelona 2010 Film Festival
FilmFest

For seven days, WOCMES Barcelona 2010 Film Festival with the collaboration of APIMED (the International Association of Independent Producers of the Mediterranean) will showcase a range of films recently released from across the Middle East and North Africa.
Film-makers and producers are invited to submit their feature films, short films, documentaries and animations. [+]
