World Congress for Middle Eastern Studies

Barcelona, July 19th - 24th 2010

The WOCMES Barcelona 2010 film festival with the collaboration of APIMED (the International Association of Independent Producers of the Mediterranean) will showcase during 7 days a range of films recently released from across the Middle East and North Africa.

The films chosen around the themes of the congress screened during the festival, aim to give the cinema of those regions a voice by both showcasing the work of well-known filmmakers from the region, as well as being a platform for the works of young film makers.

Film Submission

Film makers and producers are invited to submit their feature films, short films, documentaries, and animations sending the downloadable form, dully fulfilled and signed, to the following address:

All entries will be coordinated by APIMED and reviewed by the organization committee of the congress.
